Judge Not

Give up judging others. Resentment will lessen accordingly. You waste precious time and energy taking someone else’s inventory. The ego feeds on resentment. Taking offense at real or perceived slights serves as its favorite hobby. Most judgments occur when the ego seeks to elevate itself above others. The spiritual heart finds no satisfaction in putting down or degrading fellow human beings. Humility and gratitude mark anyone who walks the Spirit path. True peace and serenity emerge when you decline the opportunity to judge people and situations.

When your ego starts to self-promote at the expense of others, say, “Stop it right now.” Run and find Me. I help restore you to sanity. I assist in getting you centered again. Realize that judgment and resentment nourish the ego’s incessant need for self-gratification. It feeds and flourishes from promoting disharmony and discord. My plan for your life and the ego’s goals never mesh. It wants to elevate itself at the expense of others. I want you to nourish and encourage those around you. Do you see how these two totally opposite viewpoints will always clash? You cannot serve two masters. You must choose whom you will serve. Serving the ego acts as a full-time and ultimately unfulfilling job. Serving Me brings happiness, joy, peace, and contentment. Let go of judging, holding resentments, and servicing the ego. Focusing on Me improves your life immeasurably. Live peacefully. Live in Me.
